STAT

The Society of Teachers of The Alexander Technique (MSTAT) was founded in the

UK in 1958 to ensure high standards of teacher training and practice.

Teaching members of STAT are certified (MSTAT) to teach the Technique after

successfully completing a three year, full-time training course approved by the Society. 

Members are required to adhere to the Society's published Code of Professional

Conduct and to hold professional indemnity insurance.
